FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED: At House of Sweetness (HOS), we accept payments by Cash, Personal Check, Business Check, PayPal (on special orders invoiced via PayPal only), American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
CHECK POLICY: HOS reserves the right to refuse payment by check as the discretion of HOS owners and employees. Payment by check will required the completion of Check Guarantee Form. Returned checks will result in the charge of order total +$30 returned check fee to credit card provided on Check Guarantee Form.
If you would like to pay by check, you may download a copy of our Check Guarantee Form in advance.
SPECIAL ORDER PAYMENT POLICIES:
Special Orders under $200 require payment in full to secure order.
Orders cancelled with a minimum of 60 days notice are eligible for a full refund.
If cancelled with a minimum of 30 days notice, order is eligible for a 50% refund with a 50% store credit.
If cancelled with less than 30 days notice, order is eligible for store credit only.
If cancelled with less than 14 days notice, order is eligible for a 50% store credit only.
Special Orders over $200 will require a 50% deposit to secure the order.
Orders cancelled with a minimum of 90 days notice are eligible for a full refund.
Orders cancelled with a minimum of 60 days notice are eligible for a refund up to 50% of order total. Any payments received above 50% of order total will be refunded as store credit only.
Orders cancelled within 30 days of order pick up/delivery date is not eligible for a cash refund. A refund of 50% will be issued as store credit only.
Balance is due on all orders 7 days prior to scheduled pick up/delivery.
ORDER MODIFICATION: Orders may be modified with at least 7 days of notice. Order modification within 7 days of notice may not be available. Eligibility for order modification within 7 days is at the sole discretion of House of Sweetness employees.
